Pelmennaia

Good Pelmeni! I ordered blini with salmon and Pelmeni with turkey. The blini (pancakes) themselves where quite nice, but the salmon lacked flavor and the cream cheese was very little, too bad. Also I had to put more salt to feel more flavor from the dish. The Pelmeni however were excellent, hand made - lots of flavor from the turkey filling, very fresh and cooked to perfection, the dough was perfectly cooked, not too thick and not too hard or soft. Coffee was good as well.

The hosts were very nice, and welcoming. Cosy place. We had a business lunch, there is a menu for each day, choosing between two versions. Good portions. I would recommend.

Amazing homemade pelmeny’s. We have ordered frozen ones to eat at home, service was fast, food delicious, including sour cream.
We’ll definitely come again!

I've been here several times, because everything that I've tried here was so delicious! Borsh and vareniki were like in my childhood... just outstanding! Thank you!

I have been to this place several times and I tried a lot of different stuff... Croissant, pain au chocolate, cake, cheesecake and other products.
Everything is always good, being served always quickly.
They are literally behind where I live so I will definitely go there again and again.

From the coffee to the food, this place was truly amazing. Right near the Märkisches Museum, this place offers such great and comforting food that I can't begin to explain.

We returned twice for breakfast and both times, it was really enjoyable. On the first day, we ordered two large Cappuccino, Shakshuka and their special dish Salmon Bliny or Salmon Pancakes with sour cream. I so enjoyed that dish.

The Shakshuka lacked seasoning though. But with the fresh ingredients, the dish was really tasty.

On the second day, we ordered Cappuccino again along with their Special dumplings, Pelmeni. We took the Schwein or pork one and the chicken mushroom one. The clear broth and the super tasty dumplings were to die for.

The experience overall was really great!

This small but charming place offers you healthy and delicious foods and drinks. You can taste the love that has gone into preparing each and every dish. On top of this wonderful experience for your taste buds, you are served by very kind staff. I will certainly eat here again.

I had dinner here on my last day in Berlin, and it was amazing! Very friendly staff, and I was able to get by with my limited knowledge of German and Russian. Their pierogis were so good, and I wish I could go back! If you're in the Berlin area, absolutely give it a try! With love, from Michigan, USA!

It is a very cosy and decent family restaurant. Borsch was very good. We tried Plov which was ok but wereniki and pelmenia were very good.

We were looking forward to visit this place because of the special dishes they offer. Such as pelmeni, wareniki, blini and other slavic sups and salats.

We took plow, Hering Salat (Schuba), blini with ham and cheese and wareniki with cherry. And everything was super delicious except schuba. The herring was not tasty at all, so my husband has just only eat it a little bit.

They are also dog friendly, which is always plus for us since we were with our dog.
