My name is Inessa and I am an International Certified Energy Breathing Coach with over 22 years of experience in the sports field. My journey started with teaching dance and aerobics, then I became a Pilates and yoga instructor. In 2017, I also earned my degree as a Nutritionist.
Today I provide DETOX programs for rejuvenation and cleansing of the body using yoga, massage, stretching and energy breathing techniques. I offer both group and individual sessions in my salon in Cologne.
