Sailing Tours Around Cala d'Or, Mallorca

Could not recommend the Vita Bel more highly - Sonia was awesome at helping us book (TWICE!), Nigel is a great Captain - he runs a tight ship and cooks a great steak and Karina looked after us all brilliantly.

We initially booked a day trip, but had so much fun that we re-booked to enjoy the sun set experience as well.

Great for kids, great for adults, would definitely go back if I ever find myself in Cal'a'dor again.

This Cruise was one of the most amazing experiences I ever had. It felt like beeing really free. The Crew Nigel and Juan made this happen, with their charming, humorous and relaxed manner. We had enough time for everything, swimming in the sea, sailing with the wind and enjoying that absolutely amazing dinner (I can recommend the vegetarian very much). The sunset and the fullmoon night was just an additional great highlight. It should have never ended.

We had an amazing time sailing with Nigel. Nigel was professional, fun, and a great skipper. We did a shared day charter with another couple and had plenty of space on the boat. We stopped at one location to go swimming and another location to go paddle boarding. The lunch and wine served were very good. I highly recommend Vita Bel!!

We joined the Vita Bel for a sunset dining cruise last week. Nigel and the crew did a fantastic job from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed. The weather was lovely and under sail the experience was amazing! She is a beautiful boat and there was ample space even though she was full to capacity. We pulled in at tiny coves to swim, snorkel and make use of the paddle boards and then moored up to watch the sun go down while the crew prepared a feast of bread, alioli and olives,with ham and huge langoustines, followed by perfectly cooked fillet with asparagus and Rossi, then moist cake topped with fruit and a constant supply of wine, beer etc. Sailing back in the dark was awesome, very peaceful, and we were lucky enough to see a shooting star! We had a fabulous time, and will definitely go again next time we visit Majorca. Thankyou again to all the crew for an unforgettable day.

Nigel was such a great host. I highly recommend booking through Vita Bel if you are searching for a boat day in Mallorca. My only wish was that we had more time!

We went sailing with Nigel and Agnes on the Vita Bel II on a windy Sunday in July. It seems the marker on Google maps is a little bit off, the boat is moored on the other side, in front of Steakhouse old west.

I was a bit apprehensive before the sailing, due to the wind and the waves, but Nigel handled the boat excellently. It was such an amazing experience to float through the water, propelled by wind and ocean. We stopped at two wonderful coves for swimming and snorkeling. We borrowed snorkeling gear on the boat.

Before we set off, Nigel explained what we needed to know about the tour, the boat and safety on board.

At the last stop we snorkeled while Nigel and Agnes prepared food. And what food! Better than in many good restaurants on the island! Great wine selection, super tasty food from the grill.

We warmly recommend this tour and we will be back for sure!

A truly breathtaking experience. Nigel is extremely knowledgeable! Booked the 6 hour cruise and it felt like it was over too fast. You can do as much or as little as you’d like. We got to outrun some rain and that was a blast! Dinner was great too. Cannot express how much I want to come back and do this again!

We had a wonderful trip with the Vita Bel and her crew. The whole experience was superior and was worth every cent of the asked price.
The response on our request whether a trip quiet late into the season is still possible was very quickly replied to via phone. We were kept updated whether enough people would join to make a trip happen. In the end we went on a cruise with only 4 passengers and 2 crew. That was very generous and great luck for us!

The trip itself was just wonderful. After a welcome drink we sailed to a marvelous cala (bay) for some snorkeling and SUP'ing. The waters were a bit rougher than usual around Mallorca but the Vita Bel is not only a beautiful but also very stable and safe yacht.
After taking a swim and having a little snack and some drinks (all included) wards we sailed to another cala where the waters were very calm and had probably one of the best meals of our whole stay on Mallorca. The skipper is not only a very experienced sailor but also an excellent cook, obviously.
Everything was included as described, no hidden charges at all.
But don't forget to tip the crew, which will certainly be well deserved!

Should we come back to Cala D'or we will certainly go onto a trip with the Vita Bel again.

Fantastic experience hosted by a genuine, friendly and charismatic captain. We had an amazing time with my friends, spending the day travelling along the coast before stopping off for a fully catered delicious lunch onboard. It was really was such a memorable experience and we can’t wait for our next trip, thanks captain Nigel!
