Great Experience!! My pup was so happy by the time we left. He was a little scared in the beginning but they took the time for him to get comfortable and gave him some care before his bath. While he was getting groomed, I was able to stay and work in their lobby. They even brought me water and coffee. It was a really nice experience and being able to stay really helped because we live about 20+ minutes by train from their location. And speaking of the train, the U6 exits directly to their front door. it was so easy to get there, especially with the recent snow. We did not have much outdoor walking before he got his haircut. When it came time to leave, my dog was so happy. He truly felt at home and as a pet owner, it is so comforting seeing how happy he was. Even after a bath and a haircut :) We will for sure be back!

I have a Havanese dog. I am a really obsessed person about my dog. I always try to search and find the best for her. We tried various pet groomers in Munich and they are without a doubt the best 😇 Beyond that, here are the reasons why I love this place with my dog Pixel:
1.Very modern and really clean pet groomer.
2.They are very polite and friendly. They are also very loving towards dogs. You can see it in the way the groomer treats your dog when you take your dog for a grooming.
3.Everyone who grooms is a professional and they all have their resumes on instagram and on their website.
4.They can speak English. This is priceless for me.
5.Most importantly, they have a great website and you can make an appointment online. I was able to do everything online without calling anyone on the phone.
6.When you come for grooming, you show the model you want and you decide together.
7.The best part is that they have a cozy area where you can wait while your dog is groomed. I was always nervous about leaving my dog and this made me extremely happy. Internet is not very good in this area. For this reason, if you download a movie or series before you come, the time will pass faster.
8.You can watch your dog’s grooming from the glass room.
9.If there is something you don't like in the cut, they make corrections according to your comments in a very polite way.
10.Of course, it is necessary to make an appointment, quality service is always in high demand ✌🏻
11.They accept only cards.
