I work in both central and residential areas with transport accessibility no longer than 15-20 minutes.
What I offer:
Residential apartments:
- Cleaning of common areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway)
- Cleaning of living areas (bedroom, living room)
- Floors (cleaning/washing)
- Organising wardrobes/chests of drawers during cleaning (to be discussed)
- Taking out the rubbish after cleaning
The service DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Washing windows
- Washing dishes
- Ironing
- Shoe cleaning
- Cooking
- Laundry
Non-residential properties:
- Bathroom, shower (negotiable)
- Kitchen
- Office, work desks
- Changing bin bags
- Floors (cleaning/washing)
The service DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Washing windows, shop windows
- Washing light fixtures
- Washing walls, ceilings
The approximate cleaning time for 1 residential apartment, assuming 1 room + kitchen + bathroom + corridor, is a minimum of 3 hours.
The approximate cleaning time for a non-residential property is a minimum of 2 hours.
Everything is discussed individually.
Important!
The time may increase depending on the degree of contamination and the size of the apartment or non-residential property. I take on jobs that are within an hour and a half of my actual location - these are completely different areas of Berlin. A VACUUM CLEANER and MOP are your responsibility. I provide cleaning supplies and cloths.
