Went there for a charging socket for my Huawei phone the guy said 69 Euros as soon as i said No than he said 34 Euros . Such a shame !

I had the battery of my Note 10 plus replaced, and it was cheap, fast and well done. Would recommend.

The owner is a cool guy, got my iPhone's battery changed in almost 20 min.

I needed a new screen protector for my phone. They told me that they have for my phone and just told me to give them my phone. Without a "please" or "thank you". They did not disclose the price of the screen protector at any time. I happened to have a 20e in my hand already, and once the salesman had put the screen protector on my phone, just took the 20e and said that's even. I mean excuse me? They did not tell me at any time how much it costs, just took my money and didn't give any change. What if I had had 10e, or 50e in my hand? Would it have been still "even"? When I asked about this, they only said that it's a very good screen protector, but I mean come on, I already see small bubbles on the sides of the phone and he didn't use a screen protector from the brand I have the phone from, but some generic one they adjusted to the screen. Also, I find it very unhygienic that they just take the phone for that. I wanted to only buy a screen protector and put it myself, but they did not give this option to me.

Furthermore, they did not give me a receipt! I believe this is illegal in Austria too, like everywhere in the EU! I had to ask for the receipt, but it only says "Diverse".

Would not recommend this place due to the inability of customer service, the concern that the company does not obey laws and that they leave you with a feeling like you just have been scammed.

I went for a screen replacement for a working phone (screen was dead but it was ringing etc.), they wiped the device. I lost all my files and photos.

I can highly recommend these guys. 30 min for a battery swap of my S9. Polite, friendly, efficient. No visable damage to the backing plate...
